Spring water comes from the natural underground sources of groundwater in nature. It passes through layers of sand, rock and other porous materials before rising to the surface. This process helps to eliminate minerals, chemicals and other contaminants that may be present in the groundwater.
Drinking spring water provides a number of health benefits. Spring water is naturally filtered, so it contains fewer contaminants than tap or well water. It also has a higher mineral content, which can help replenish essential nutrients in the body and promote overall good health.
The amount of spring water you can drink in a single day depends on your individual health needs. Generally, adults should aim to drink around 8–10 glasses (two litres) of water each day. However, if you are exercising or in a hot climate, it is important to stay hydrated and increase your intake accordingly.
